Shipping policy

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Excluding Pre-Sale. 

Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Australia Post Standard Postage

DHL 

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is free Australia wide, international costs for shipping are listed at checkout.

International customers will act as the importer to their country therefore they maybe required to pay import charges or documentation at customs. Each country is different and please be aware of your own countries laws and restrictions prior to ordering. 

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Pre-Sale

Pre-sale orders will be furfilled within 4 weeks of orders placed. Blac will contact people who hold pre-sales monthly with updates on progress and photos.
